Ive got this small coin in my collection. Which looks like it is minted on an to small planchet? on one side you see an head with the lyrics. E N T or I N T?

the other side 2 soldiers.

This type (GLORIA EXERCITVS) was also minted with very small dies onto tiny flans. Perhaps what you've got here is a die for the full size issue struck on a reduced flan.

I suggest what you are seeing says [DN CONST]ANS [PF AVG], I.E issued by the emperor Constans.

As Ben said it's most likely Constans struck on small flan.

Dear Ben and Echizento,
Thank you for your reactions. Is this commonly for these coins? Because Nummis coins are the small roman bronze coins. But this aint one off them then I think?
