1965 Washington Quarter DDO?

I'm a total newbie...tonight is the first time I've ever looked at quarters. I went through the change jar in my bedroom and sorted them out. I posted another thread asking about possible die varieties in quarters and somebody mentioned the 1965 DDO. I had 14 quarters from 1965 and checked them. I'm pretty certain I found one. Can somebody please verify this for me. And assuming it is a DDO, is it a common/worthless one or does it have some value?

I need to see a clearer picture of the IN GOD WE TRUST just to be sure, but It does not look like a DDO. It looks like Machine Doubling.

A better picture of the IGWT will help a great deal.
