What grade do you think this would be? I held it to a light and it did'nt appear to have any pin holes.

VF should do it. I'd buy it at that grade.

I'm assuming the 'dark' line on reverse picture is on the holder.

My guess is that there isn't any "crispness" in the note and it would be limp. I'm more inclined to think this note is fine.

I would lean towards F15 but VF20 not unreasonable.
