This is just one very worn die, or "1 great counterfeit". This coin is exactly 5 grams and is the correct diameter and thickness of an Uncirculated Buffalo nickel. Opinions?

My vote is counterfeit. Where'd you get it Russ?
edit to add - The acne on the forehead, nose and chin are huge red flags. I guess the proper answer is "worn counterfeit die"

A very sneaky looking coin. LOTS of raised humps, especially on obverse fields.

I'll say counterfeit as well the mint mark is a blob whereas on a real one it is defined even in circulated grades

I just sold a nice AU53 in NGC holder of this date and mint mark, this one doesn't look at all like the real thing to me either, I'd call fake from the photos.

Counterfeit, the date is really off. Not even 1 of the digits looks legit.

I had it as a fake, as well. What I find interesting and scary all in the same thought is.
The coin is the exact weight of 5 grams and the diameter is spot on and well struck, "Scary is" just a little better die work and a bunch of people are going to get burned.
