No, not of the two legged type... Of the feathered species, the eagle without any doubts, is the most featured bird in world coinage. In my modest collection, I have a few coins of this majestic bird, a couple of which is posted here. It would be interesting to see the different sorts of eagles that members have in their collection. From Australia From PNG (rare matte finish) I have a US one somewhere and will post it when I find it.

The very top coin.
Can you tell me from what country? And, if it's for sale, and where?

That is one gorgeous coin! Aussies know how to make money (pi)! Other than the eagles on Morgan silver dollars, my favorite is the eagle on Flying Eagle cents, but I have none right now, so no pics although I probably could swipe an image off ebay.
