It's not an 001, 003 or 009 based on the position of the mm. Coppercoins does not have an image for 005 (west) so it could be that one. I will check the ebook when I get a chance. Let see what the experts say.

It looks like MD on the mint mark and also on the inside loop of the 3. Note how these areas are reduced in size.
