With NGC & PCGS you need memberships to submit coins to them. They run from about $99 a year - but you do get free submissions with the membership fee. I don't know what is going with ANACS right now since they were apparently bought. It can cost anywhere from $16 and up depending on the turnaround time that you choose. As for which to slab, that is a matter of personal opinion. From the coins that you have listed above, I probaly would only send the CC Morgans or the Large Cents if they are either a rare date or in decent condition. Personally I wouldn't bother with the modern gold..someone else may have a different opinion however. The other option is hold on to them raw and spend the money that you would have spent on grading on more coins
