best company to use if you wanna sell is PCGS. after that, NGC, then ANACS. some say its pretty hard to sell ANACS graded coins, but I have no experience with them.if you're planning on selling, id spend the extra money for PCGS, but if you just want them graded to keep, go with ANACS, they're cheapest. if you have a coin store near you, ask the person there if they can send it in for you to PCGS. I've heard many people say that their LCS will send in for you if you ask. hope this helps

Make sure to not spend grading fees that will exceed the value of your coin. I know if I bought a coin that was slabbed, I would not pay anything extra for the slab.

Why would you wish to throw away the money on slabbing 2007 Cents? There are perhaps five in existence whose retail value is greater than the cost of slabbing them - the nine known PCGS MS68's, 4 Philly and 5 Denver - of a total of 7.4 Billion minted. That's $750+ out the window, to my mind.

I assume you are referring to a graded roll not individual coins?

I don't know much about any of it I just heard if you have coins for that year uncirculated they might be worth a premium I actually have a roll of uncirculated for that year I don't know much about it I am trying to learn. So 2007 uncirculated are not worth a premium? I do have a few Doubled Die and other coins I'd love to have graded but if I can go through my coin shop that would be great. I am just learning is all and I can say that THIS FORUM HAS BEEN OF GREAT HELP

Real-world sales records of slabbed coins are easily available to anyone, so you can see for yourself the street value of any coin you own. Heritage Auctions alone (registration for access to their archive is free) has almost two million sales records, and PCGS has the results of virtually every single coin auction in the last 25 years, including all of Heritage's results. Not to mention, there are experts here at Coin Community willing to offer accurate opinions regarding any coin you could present. No reason to ever be unaware of the value of what you've got.

Thank you so much .. I started helping my father collect as a child .. I have always had the interest just very little knowledge as to where to go with it after u find it. Most I do not want to sell but to have it cases and graded would be nice. I am a young grandmother and I have already started collecting for my G babies and buying them proof sets for Bdays and holidays I am hoping to hand down this hobby to the next generation .. and I am doing my best to gain knowledge to hand down thanks so much all of you!!

That link is generated by the Forum based on the keyword "Heritage Auctions," and leads to their ebay sales as an affiliate link for us. I didn't create it. The relevant Internet links: Http://www.coins.ha.com http://www.pcgs.com/auctionprices/
