Algeria 1918 Token W Huge Cud, Repunched Date Too?

I bought this off ebay, the seller mentioned only a "double date, totally ignoring the huge Cud on the obv and the lack of dots in the design on the rev opposite the Cud. I cant tell from the coin at hand what is going on with the date for sure but it does show pronounced doubling in all four numbers.

Both sides show diagonal stress marks (that's what it looks like to me) obv UL to LR, rev, the opposite.

Looks like the die for the front at least was on its last leg. What looks like a die crack at top of rev is not on the coin,

Thought someone might enjoy seeing it.

That's a cool coin. That Cud on top of the doubling (appears to be a doubled die) and almost looks like lamination and a die crack on the reverse.
