One side has been exposed more or one side has been cleaned somehow. Either way it has no added collector value over one cent.

Altered. Someone may have put something acidic on the coin. (ketchup/taco sauce/vinegar) This stripped clean the darkened color on the reverse.

on the reverse side its starting to get dark on the edges, like the obverse
