Can anyone shed some light to what happened to this coin? I can't see any wear on it.Was it a week strike Did it get an acid bath or something?

Looks like some sort of abrasive cleaner or acid...

It looks like it was air-blasted with talc, baking soda, walnut shells, or some other high-pressure cleaner with mild grit.
