I posted this over in US Commemoratives and Non-Circulating Coinage (NCLT), but it seems like this has turned into alot of modern and mint release discussion. So I'm bringing it over here. I'm hoping this is acceptable. I just received this in the mail and would like some opinions on grade. Beautiful toning with tons of mint luster... the kind that cartwheels really nice. As always, thanks in advance for your input.

At least a 65 just based on the color! Gorgeous coin no matter what it grades! (My opinion hasn't changed from your other thread)
People here will give you opinions on grades that will vary all over the spectrum. For sure, I can say it is uncirculated, it has nice splashy eye-appeal toning and it has minimal contact marks in prime focal areas. That's why I'd give it a 65 based solely on what I can see from the pictures.
The ONLY way you are going to know what it actually grades is to send it in. So, you might as well get off the couch, fill out the paper work and "get r done"!

It's tough to grade toned coins by photographs, but this appears to be at least a 65. I'm not terribly familiar with the series, but I'd guess the weakish strike is typical? Lovely coin.

The weak strike is very typical. This one isn't too bad, actually.
66.

Unable to tell from the photos due to the heavy tone. No way to see if there are any surface marks. Maybe a few more views at different angles would help.

@IndianGoldEagle, here are larger photos that I have that will hopefully help. I want to point out that there is a scratch at about 11 o'clock at the rim. This scratch looks to be old because there is some toning that has occurred inside of the scratch. There is a second scratch at about 7 o'clock at the rim that is alittle longer and there is no toning inside of the scratch. My gut tells me that this is large enough to receive a 'details' grade if it were submitted to a TPG. Your thoughts and opinions are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Looks like a few scratches on the left side of the obverse so you may be right, this one would get an MS details grade. Without those I'd go MS-63 because of the bag marks on Mac's face.
