I have bought a coin lot at an auction recently, mostly for the English coins - Among the coins was a number of ancient coins. Would be grateful for assistance in identification if possible as I want to put them on ebay to help fund the next buy :) (if they are worth anything) These are the last 9 coins that came out of the lot

1) Weight: 1.2g Diameter: 17mm

3) Weight: 6g Diameter: 22mm (slightly curved - note with it that says : Amorican)

Your post was in the correct section for coin identification, but thought it would reach a more knowledgeable audience in this section

Top is the roman emperor Valens. The reverse shows the emperor dragging a captive barbarian by his hair and the legend is GLORIA ROMANORVM (Glory of the Romans).

Second is a type known as the 'octoking'. The first picture is upside down, but that is the king in a throne. I dont know much about the type, but you can google it.

The last is supposed to be a celtic coin, but I feel it may be a reproduction.

I agree the first coin is most likely Valens.
The second coin is upside down, but is call the Octopus king and depicts Raja Raja Chola 985-1014. This type was struck in India and on Sri Lanka. I don't know enough about them to say which area yours is from. I also agree the third coin is most likely a copy of a Celtic coin.
