I am not seeing a DDO. Looks like a VLDS,aka worn die aka Die Deterioration.

I agree with John. I don't see an error coin. Just a late die state. It is a good example of a late die state so if you don't have one set aside then you should keep it for reference.

You don't see the very obvious double stamp of GOD? In addition, the 9 and the rest of the motto is doubled as well.

Yes, everyone sees it, but it looks like Die Deterioration.

That is from die wear. The dies wear on the devices toward the rim. You coin is a classic example of this.
Note the heavy die flow also. Just a VLDS coin. The devices should be wider and rounded if it were hub doubling:

Instead you have similar Die Deterioration like this 1992 cent:

Note the devices on the right side show the deterioration on the right side. The devices on the left side of the coin show the deterioration to the left. (in both cases towards the closest rim)
