Thanks guys, I was worried for a moment. I bought a folder missing only 1922 plain and the 1909s vdb over the weekend. Is this coin worthwhile to grade or just enjoy in the folder? It's in a 1939 Lincoln Penny Album right now.

I don't believe it's worthwhile to send out for grade. I would loose the folder and put the 14-d and the rest of the Wheaties in a nice album. Just My Opinion.

Nice! Looks like a G/VG liner as noted. I'd keep it raw.

Agree G-04. Reverse looks worn into the rim at 9:00.
