Is this that woody ? But it is doubled on the rim on the right side what would this be worth if it was the woody ?

Over polished dies. A woody would not happen this year because it is not copper.

If by "woody" you mean wood-like grains, then NO. Woodys result from an alloy mixture. Your coin pictured is a zinc core with a thin electroplated Cu shell. No chance for a "woody" to occur. The parallel lines you see are on the die, and probably result from a hasty polishing, as mentioned above. Notice that the lines are in the fields, and do not enter into the legends and devices, thus OVER POLISHING. Your coin is worth about one cent.

Not a woody, those are call planchet striations, very common to the Zincoln series.
