Sorry for my terrible pictures. I was curious what you all would grade these. I know the 1917 is not a key date or anything, but I thought it was a nice coin. I bought a box of coins and bills today and these are just a few.

1917 could be between AU55 and MS60/62
1858 is a VG10

I'm not sure if it was cleaned or not, I got it from a woman who inherited all of it like 10 years ago. The 1917 and a few others were together wrapped in a cleanex. They were all same condition. The others were Great Britain coins. All in all it was a good deal.

I'd say AU58 - MS60 for the 1917; without personal inspection of the coin I'd say probably not cleaned. The 1858 VG8-10, good pickup--be happy!

Edited: forgot to ask but you mentioned 'bills'; will you post pics or a list for us please. Thanks

Please take the 58 out of the plastic and add a sharp crisp obverse photo for us here..

Might be something interesting in the E of DEI..

Don't see any wear on the 1917, jewels in the vertical part of crown are almost complete, so MS60/62; cleaned, not that I can tell so let's vote for NO. For the 1858 I'd vote for the VG8-10. Do send us a larger photo of reverse once you've removed it from the 2x2; as I too would like to really take a close look at it. Nice coins!
