I found this DDO-001 In a CWR full of BU 1971-2 Halfs. This was the only DDO. It is the 001. I can't find any sold listings or anything. Value?

A coin as nice as yours was a no-sale at $19.99 BIN 2 weeks ago on the Bay.

I like it, either way, I've got 2 rolls full of BU 40% with the same patterns around the head :)

Paralyse, the pattern around the head is ghosting. Just a form of Die Deterioration

Thanks Cascade!

About 15 years ago I was buying some stuff from a lady at Canton (First Monday) who was selling sports cards -- she mentioned she had some old half dollars if I would rather have those instead of bills in change; so I got 2 rolls worth of Kennedy half dollars, all she had. They were all 40% with a lone 1964 in the mix. Many of the coins have the same ghosting around the head (the 1968 dated ones, about 10-15 coins of the rolls)
