have not got a clue what this could be I thought frech because of the lilie flower but I was unfruitfull

a circled french lilie in the centre next to the right leave of the flower stands a C and on the left side of the leave a reversedC
above and under the lilie seems to be a star, one both side of that star are 3 (or 4) O 's


obverse
cros in the centre with in the centre a circle that divides it in 4 withint the 4 section is some kind of mark
in the outer ring a C on the right and a reversedC on the left on top and bottom a I mark

Coin from Flanders c. 1220-1253. Found it in "Monnaies feodales de France vol.3" and few searches later I saw this -
