i currently have almost all of the clad quarters in circulated condition (p & d only). I was thinking it could be cool to start trying to get the silver ones too. Anyone have a collection? Aside from the 32-d/s and 36-d it looks pretty easy to get a ms collection. Many look to be affordable in ms 66 and 67 too! Would you recommend a ms slabbed set or to just buy them raw to save a lot? Another option would be to do all the commons raw and get the better ones in slabs. Feel free to post you collection too if you have one!

I am seven coins from completing an AU plus collection. Many of the 'easier' dates are harder to find in MS than the harder dates. good luck to you. It is rewarding set.

I have completed the Dansco 8140 album. This technically makes my set raw (as opposed to slabbed). I was able to finish the album before the Statehood Quarter program brought many more collectors to the series.

I am short just the 32-D and 32-S of a complete Washington circulation set through 2015. Most of mine are in (well) circulated condition.

I don't collect Proofs, specialty or variety coins so I consider my collection complete except for the 2 1932 coins. I have a strict rule that I don't pay more than $25 for a coin that I thus far have not violated for US quarters, that keeps my conditions low at times but that is OK with me. This also keeps the wife happy.

Go for it as the least expensive way possible. Slabs are beneficial for selling online. They make the buyer feel safe. That is their purpose.
