Gorgeous coin. full mint luster. little if any contact marks., could that be a faint die break in the middle of Washington's head ?

There are too many little tic marks to go any higher IMHO. Still a gorgeous coin though!

Some issues on the neck and at 8:00 on obverse rim, so I'll go with 64.
