In what way don't they look the same to you ?

the first pic its bronze but the second one likes almost like its silver. is this just toning?

Variations in colour are very common with George VI bronze. I have some average circulated in red-brown, brown, brassy, silvery, black, as well as verdigris all over.

However, I've seen occasional silver painted George VI pennies.
