Machine damaged re-processed cent. (re-processing removes collectability)

coop, , how in the heck can you tell it's reprocessed from those small photos of a couple of areas on that steelie ?

Note the peeling on the date area. Classic indicator of a re-processed steel cent.
Here is what they should look like:

Odd-1943-S-Cent?
Note the smooth finish. Not glossy in appearance. (like you would see on a plated cent. No raised areas where the plating was over rust)
