I have been selling on ebay for many years. I don't typically sell too much, maybe 10-20 items per month. My problem is I seem to never receive feedback once the sale is completed. I have tried leaving feedback right after I ship and also have tried after I receive feedback from the buyer. It seems like I only get feedback from half of the buyers that I deal with. Do others have this problem and any ideas on how to get more feedback. I always ship the next business day and generally items are received in 2-4 days, so order completion should not be a problem.

It has been that way for a long, long time on ebay.

Do not worry about it or contact your Buyers about it. It's just part of the way ebay works.

My understanding, after reading the Fall Seller Update, is that FB doesn't mean anything anymore, anyway.

Yes that's pretty normal. I average about 60-70% feedback left by the buyers. It's been the same for me over 2 years now. not much you can do.
