I just sold a $700 item on ebay to a (1) feedback buyer.
I forgot how but is there a way to block buyers with less than say, 100 positive feedback?
Please advise :-)

Not that I can see. You would also severely limit your audience at that level.

You set up the qualified bidders toward the bottom of the first page while constructing the listing. It's in the area where you select returns ok etc. Make up a new listing and you will find it, then dump the listing and modify your templates. nlp

Interesting how a search on ebay on blocking bidders didn't find that. Thanks for the info!

100 feeback is a lot for a buyer account. You're cutting off a lot of potential buyers. My first purchase on my buyer account was for $425, and the seller had no issues with it.

As long as you ship tracked, you should be fine. If you really want to, limit to around 20.

No, not unless they have 100% positive feedback but have at least say, a 50 feedback total.
The guy that won my Item has only (1) feedback total and he's International.
How do you block International bidders?

To block buyers whose primary shipping address is in a country you don't ship to:

Go to My ebay.
Click the Account tab, and then click Site Preferences link on the left.
In the Selling Preferences section, scroll to Shipping preferences, and then click the Show link.
Click Exclude shipping locations from your listings.
Select one or more continents to exclude all countries on those continents.
All excluded countries you selected will appear on the lower section of the page.
You can select to apply these exclusions to all current live listings on a global level.
Click the Apply button to save your requirements.
