I mounted a Pentax AB with 75ARD1 lens (same as components you already have) and snapped the shot below. Yes, you can adapt to Canon or Nikon or whatever. The Pentax bellows is M42 mount, so anything you can adapt to M42 you can adapt to the bellows. If you decide you want to modify your stand to accept bellows, let me know. It involves cutting the mount short, and adding a face plate to mount bellows.
