I think you may have a VAM4B. Check for the die crack through AMERI that continues through the wing to the letter F. I think I can make out the die break on the top serif of the letter E as well.

Got the coin in hand today. Solid 63 obverse, 64 reverse, and a confirmed VAM-4B ! Cracked completely from F, through wing, through AMERI, and with a nice die chip below the A in AMERI, die break at E. Other than the cheek chatter it would make a 64 all day long, but I think 63 is appropriate. Being a VAM-4B just makes it even more fun. Not planning on sending it for certification, not enough value to do that, but it looks good on the shelf with all my proof sets and brown box ikes :)
