I can agree with the clash event happening, but my gut feeling on the other anomaly is that the substance is clear glue.

It could be glue that had a small wore or something stuck on it. The photos are inconclusive. I agree, the op should soak that puppy in acetone for a while and report back

Coop, you had once written in one of your graphics, "On a struck through the devices under the anomaly are completely removed..." And that seems to make sense because of there was a wire or something there on the strike, it would have blocked metal flowing into the letters there in EPU.
Can you clarify that, please? Thanks.
