Funny. Plaintiff 2) (NNC) and 7) Centsles INC. are one in the same, both owned by Bob Johnson in St. Cloud Florida (public info). NNC soley exists to legitimize the grading standards used by Centsles on ebay and other etailing venues. (imo)

As read in the suit.
".in complicity with Defendants, ANA and PNG, promulgated a new policy that created prohibitive standards under which coins sold via ebay may be listed as 'certified' coins and a manner and method of designating coins that were not graded by the "approved" grading services as 'counterfeit'"

That's one way of looking at it, but how exactly can NNC claim to "certify" coins if it's not held against some industry-recognized standard such as attempted on ebay by the ANA and others? Imo, NNC soley exists to bring legitimacy to otherwise overgraded coins to the loss of unsuspecting buyers. Their cheap "slabs" and "certification" have no market value.

Paragraph 25
quote:
...plaintiffs have suffered and will continue to suffer substantial pecuniary injury and loss as well as significant damage to their reputation in the coin industry

Because the numismatic community held them in such high esteem prior to ebay's change in rules.
