@realnick, unfortunately the stains on your Fr.2013-B* are a distraction and I would consider it a problem note. I'm not calling it a spender, but wouldn't except it to get more than double face. Most hard-core $10 note collectors will hold out for something more presentable.

I agree with Steve nice note to find, but not much premium due to condition issues.

Same here. There were over 6.8 million stars printed for this issue, which was a staggering amount for that period. In this condition, I honestly don't think you could even get $15 for it. Personally, I'd just spend it.

Bought these two at the same show a short while ago, interestingly both from the same series and the same district in the same grade on the same day - but from different people! Nothing earth-shattering here, both are pretty common. But when I can buy crisp stars like this at 2-3X face, it's hard to resist.

Nice adds Mr.Frog...what are their grades ? @realnick, I'm curious if you are asking for a value for a potential purchase, or to see if you got a good deal.

Quote: @steveintampa, seeing if I got a good deal First, full disclosure, I love small size $2s, especially red seals, specifically star notes. The back vignette is a work of art and one of my favorites. I price mostly from recent sale history, in the style of an Olympic Figure Skating score...throw out the highest and lowest and average from there. So, $3 - $6 would be fair, depending on the seller. It's a popular note available in all grades. Yours has a skinny top margin, which is common in this series, and what appears to be a pinhole just above the left serial number. If you're happy, that's all that matters.
