1963 Type B Washington Quarter? - Coin Community Forum

ksammut Pillar of the Community United States 1003 Posts	Posted 09/26/2015 6:46 pm While searching "junk silver", I found a 1963 Washington quarter in uncirculated condition. I remembered the three things to look for in a Type B Reverse: 1. A strong, pointed leaf tip. 2. The leaf tip extends over the arrows. 3. A small gap between the A and R in "Dollar". All three of these are present on this coin, or at least I believe so. Do you think it is a Type B reverse? Thank you for looking! Report this Post to the Staff

Two are different than your recollection, so more photos are needed yo be sure about yours.
