Am I correct in assuming this is a coin of Thedosius I.
The reverse looks like a legend in a wreath

It's either Theodosius I or II, depending on what the reverse is. I would guess Theo I though.

From the little that shows of the reverse I'd guess it might be Theodosius I with CONCORDIA AVGGG reverse.

I think that you are right, Chris.

Have a look at this. Is that "O T" in the white circle and there definitely looks like a wreath around it.?
