I think F12 is acceptable, the surfaces do look rather original. It does not appear to be a 17/4 or 17/3, so unattributed, as a normal date, I'd say $80 to $110 would be market acceptable value, raw, maybe more if it's better in hand, less if there's stuff we cannot see here.
