An early die state solid strike on the obverse helps its cause. I think F12 is acceptable, the surfaces do look rather original. It does not appear to be a 17/4 or 17/3, so unattributed, as a normal date, I'd say $80 to $110 would be market acceptable value, raw, maybe more if it's better in hand, less if there's stuff we cannot see here.

It could make F12 with VG10 being conservative. Looks like about $80 retail.

F-12. Don't see much reason to pay in excess of $80 unless you really like it.
