Grandfather left me like 50 coins. Trying to decide whether I should get into this hobby or not.

Looks like an 1865 Seated Proof. Honestly we need better pictures on here to let us give you a better analysis of the coin.

Ok now I see the better pics. Yeah 95% that is a proof. Do NOT clean any coins in case nobody has told you that yet. I am sorry for the loss of your Grandfather but he obviously loved coins.
Whether you should get into the hobby? Well none of us can really answer that for you. I think we all like to see more people get into numismatics but it is obviously not for everybody.
What other coins do you have if you don't mind me asking OP?

Does this look like a proof to anyone else? It looks to me like it has a strong cameo. Welcome to the community!
Edit: Didn't see hoosiergator's response before I replied.

My first impression was proof but the first photos were hard to tell. If authentic I would call it a gorgeous proof 64 maybe higher

Wow! I hope so I just googled proof 64. That would be nice and it does look like some of the ones on ebay. Thanks. I will try to get better photos

Nothing like starting a hobby at the top...
If these two coins are proofs, they're worth at least $2500 each. You should submit them to PCGS or NGC for grading and encapsulation to protect them from damage.
