At first it looks like a typical filled MM, but under magnification it doesn't appear to have the proper amount of North/South height to the MM as its long axis is more East/West. Rotated? RPM? OMM? It has me guessing.
It looks like it may have been a partial Grease Fill that prevented the normal shape of the mint mark. If it were damaged there would be more evidence of lines on the top of the mint mark.
