The inscription in the first image translates as "Republic of China".

Regarding the second image, at the top is the name "Sun Yat-sen".

In the middle is the portrait of Sun Yat-sen.

The inscription at the bottom translates as "Commemoration of the Revolution of 1911".

I did a quick search of Chinese websites to see if I could find out any information on this medal.

I found other examples of the medal here, here and here.

Unfortunately, none of these websites provide any information regarding when or where the medal was produced.

Therefore, it is unknown at this point if the medal is real, a fake or a fantasy piece.
