An off-centre and a double clip (I think I see a second one)... cool! Is there more of a Blakesley effect on the obverse of the clip?

Yes its a double clip, wish I were able to take better pics. Blakesley effect is pretty strong on obverse. I<ll try and take a good picture.

Nice finds! The offcenter looks like it is in the range of 5-10%

I also calculated 12.5% offcenter, but I wondered if it should be measured to the edge of the rim (wherever that is) rather than the edge design elements?

Looks like a good way to do it RichieD613. Did you measure the area offcenter or the distance offcenter? I ask since it looks like you have a grid in your drawing.

Measured the area with grid lines and divided it by the area of the upper circle, which gives me the percentage. I guess measuring the distance would also work.
