I am not sure what this is. I was originally thinking it was Byzantine. The two figures are a little worn and the folds on their cloths don't look quite right to me. I go back and forth that it is a genuine ancient coin and that it might be some modern gaming token or "pirate treasure" piece. Some indications it might be a Heraclius and Heraclius Constantine follis? I can't make any legends out on the obverse. The Reverse has a cross, lambda and kappa.
