Fields are absolutely clean from scratches or nicks. The rim is crude on the reverse too, and the S mintmark is wrong. Might be in the right area, but it's way too large.

First one 100% fake, second one probably fake but blurry pics make it tough...but I agree on the rim, probably fake as well.

Agree they look too similar - same color, same fields, same grade, same Die# - the only difference really is the rim hit on the second one. More than coincidental.
