Westcoin, you got me interested, so I spent a couple hours looking through ebay 1865's tonight and only found 2 with full serifs on the D, most were missing and a couple partials. Frank Leone will probably never release his 1865 attribution book, unfortunately, just no money or enough time in it for him. Someday I may try to put something together, but I haven't the time nor enough study on the 1865 series yet.
