The Sovs are worth a minimum melt value of gold so £180 each guaranteed. Depending on year and copnditon they could be worth a lot more. If you were to sell the silver proofs on
ebay, you would get £12-£25 each. If you sold it as a lot you would get a lot less than selling individually.
By far one of the best tools to find current 'worth' is the completed listings on
ebayIn my opinion, as long as you cover yourself with postage costs and get covered in case of loss (recorded/special delivery etc) you will get best value selling these on
ebay even after fees. If you sell to a coin dealer they will give you 50-60% of the value although you could get rid in one go.
One proviso is that you may want to get rid of the sovereigns but whatever you do DON'T sell them to a place or website that 'buys gold' you will get ripped off. There are bullion dealers that will pay 98% of the spot price for your Sovs.
