Small 9 variety, look for doubling in the 9s for a premium.
Not sure the discount on a cleaned coin, but here is the link for the price.

We have something like ebay here but a lot smaller plus I have a friend in an antique shop and of coarse our local coin club plus a little bit of word of mouth here and there.
Lately I have had a run of good buys, nothing major just bits here and there.
Keeps me happy

amazing, like a golden goose. I've seen other coins you've displayed on here in the past and it seems you've done quite well with Canadian coinage. Would love to know how this stuff got halfway across the world, might be a good story there.

Well, you may have to ask Mr Hall as he has help me with a few large cents and of coarse there is my son how has pick up a couple as he lives in Vancouver.
Canadian large cents here are very scarce here so any that come up anywhere apart from ebay I grab. I also picked up a 1849 Farthing(very Rare) which I also collect. NO gold and only silver in Canada up to Victoria, 5 and 10c.
