Cheap item I care nothing about except moving but, it was worth a tad more than this. Stupid question I already know answer to. Neither, T-Bop, you are forgetting the simplest explanation: as long as they get their fee they don't care. I believe it's Hanlon's law: never atribute to malice that which can be explained by stupidity. PS: the above is an awesome example of context-driven voice recognition. What it first transcribed it came up as Hamlin's ... but when it saw the whole line I was dictating its belch corrected it.
