Have the chance to buy 3 silver Ikes still in OGP. Two 1971 brown Ikes and a 1971 blue Ike for $23. Comes out to about $7.66 each... Seem worth? Thanks!

I think that's a fair deal. Does this transaction require shipping?

If the OGP's are in good condition, and the coins look nice, and like posted above ...shipping.
Then it does sound like a fair deal.
1971 blue and brown Ike's can get milk spots and/or unattractive toning.

Well I actually went ahead and got them. The coins came out to $14.50 plus $8 shipping so $22.50 and looked good in the pics. So not too bad looking at how brown/blue Ikes seem to go for around $10 each on ebay

@Buckeye that sheet is prices a dealer will pay for all those things? Like spot price for a silver half dollar+3.65x.715? Sounds about what they go for on ebay... hmmmm.

Oh yes will do! Too bad the shipping was half the price of the coins, but at least the coins came out to be just spot price!

True. If this were on ebay I would say the shipping was inflated and cost deflated to save on fees.

Except you pay fees on the shipping also, don't you?

I thought not, but maybe they closed that loophole.

They closed that loophole a while ago. That's why you don't see $1 BIN items with $50 shipping anymore. Remember those days

Good to know. I have never bought a coin on ebay. I like to look though.

That is their published buy list. I believe that price is for $1 face value of halves and not just a single half dollar, but yeah, that is a great price. I have personally never dealt with these guys, I just saw their add on a Greysheet and thought the buysheet was interesting.

Great coins at great prices. http://www.ebay.com/sch/Eisenhower-...ortsauctionsHe has 68 slabbed Ike's ending auctions these next few days and does Ike's like this every week. I picked up a nice proof silver 1971 PR69 Ike off him for $18 something delivered in a PCGS slab last year.
