$400 is way way too cheap for a coin with this much "detail" and "luster".

Date and striking is just wrong all together, color is off even though bad pics. From the no-no site.

Very difficult to examine with those pics. It does appear that it could be Die #4, and given that arc across the obverse, it is clearly discolored or disfigured in some way that cannot likely be corrected. As such, and even though it's from the no-no site, I think the original price is not out of line.

It has a mushy strike and also bad details.
