Going through my backlog of mail this afternoon, I find a mint shipping box. Upon opening is a $200 coin coastal waters. Now I was in hospital no Internet from May 5-Sept 3. This was sent in June. I do have a rep that has changed. The last email to my rep was re singing moon mask.
So I just logged onto profile. so I see the glass turtle was also shipped. Now this coin never arrived. Now when I have time I need to review credit card record and ask questions of the new rep. I understand they're trying to be helpful. However, it's better to confirm an order prior to shipping.
I'm wondering if any other Master Club member, or anyone else that orders from the mint has had this issue?

It might happen if you have the rep, Pocket_Change She / he by mistake able to order on your behalf. If I remember correctly, got 2 of the Thunder-bird coins due to the rep mistake (of cause my CC has been charged). well...returned them to RCM no issue. In your case....imo, unlike the first $200 this one less appealing, and if you don't like it, try to contact your rep regarding return, or deposit it to the bank.

A few months ago I placed an order and was trying to use a promo code to get a free book. I ended up canceling the order within a day because I found out the conditions on the promo code changed and a few days later I got the cancellation confirmation email and everything on my mint profile said "cancelled". Then I made another order but it was a bit messed up since apparently cancelled orders still count towards a persons purchase limit and ended up signing up for some X for X subscriptions. Then I emailed the mint to see if they could fix my limit issue and they said that they could so I cancelled my order again, and got the confirmation email and my mint profile said "cancelled" for everything. In the end all the coins that were confirmed cancelled ended up showing up in my mailbox, at first I didn't mind because my credit card wasn't charged but they ended up charging me for $600 worth of X for X more than a week after I got it all. Fortunately I was able to just drive it all down the street and cash it back in at the bank.

I received an e-mail from the Mint yesterday indicating that the $25 for $25 subscription coins had been shipped....
I called Customer Service via the 800 number Saturday afternoon, the first item on the 800 number before I even could talk to a service rep was "if you had received an e-mail regarding the $25 for $25 subscription that had been shipped that this was a mistake as the subscription had already ended, please ignore this e-mail"
I did not sign up for a $25 for $25 subscription, I have only previously signed up for the $20 for $20 subscription.

Closer inspection shows I'm signed up for the 2 coin sub $200 4 $200. I know I'm past the 30 day return policy, unless I find a flaw. Hopefully a bank in my small town will take it, when I do need the money. I guess I'm lucky it's a coin that can be converted at a bank.
Now to figure the glass turtle that never arrived? I think I may need to cancel my credit card, and get it reissued. This way there's no auto selling by the mint. Thing is I doubt the reps get commission on X for X coins.

Pocket Change, if your RCM rep won't refund the amount charged for the glass turtle, most credits cards have policies whereby the customer can put in a refund claim for goods not received as well, although there may be a time limit. If you are interested in pursuing that route, your credit card company would have a toll free contact number where you'd be able to get more information. Good luck!
