That's no AG3 FR2 There's no visible rim anywhere on the obverse, the top of liberty's head and her phrygian cap are slightly worn away. an AG3 would have to have a complete outline of liberty in order to qualify
Doesn't it have to make PO1 to be a "lowball"?
