Being that Sheridan Road seems to have been considered sufficient to fix this establishment's location, I'm thinking the reference is to the well known artery running from Chicago all the way to Racine. I'm also thinking that the "4104" is a date code (April,1941). 18.5mm on a side, probably zinc in composition.

I've never seen a token shaped like this. What is it made of?

Very cool token, reminds me of the older communion tokens.

I have seen similar on a massive online Token catalog that I am unsure if I can link on here. They would probably be interested in the photos of your Token to document it.

All the ones I have seen are round and made of white metal or brass.

But seems like its for 4104 Sheridan Rd. in Chicago where the Press Inn was once located.

Duh. That makes perfect sense as opposed to my overthinking it.

4104 N. Sheridan Road in Chicago is presently the Little Kitchen restaurant (previously Hong Kong Chef and Qiang Xiu Restaurant).

Here's another ($1 and thus ostensibly later) Press Inn token on ebay that muddies the waters a bit, as the address is 4110 Sheridan Road:

From your photo, it appears to be Zinc. At-least I've seen similar Zinc uncirculated coins patina the same way.
Rest in Peace
