It's certainly high grade, at least in the parts easily seen. If I needed one I'd take a shot if the catalog value says the price is right. If the problem is correctable a nice acetone bath might do it.
One mans trash is another mans treasure. I love nice bright MS coins but also have a soft spot for a worn,damaged mistreated coins. Those are the ones with history and a story to tell.
Because if he had a buyer at $6 and his shipping cost and materials is under $1 and his fees totaled ~10%, he made around $4.50 :) That's a lot of Wheaties for a segment of our collecting community! I picked up a Austria 1782 for $0.99 the other day, I could have bought that and something else for that $5.
