1965 Half Dollar - Multiple Errors Help!?!?

I was looking through my coins and realized this half dollar was full of errors.

For one on the reverse side the outer ring on the bottom left of the coin looks as if it's sanded down but the lines are still there it does not look like it

was done by someone as it was with a bunch of other ones and they're all uncirculated besides being in and out of a lock box.

It also seems to have a die crack on the right side of the obverse side (opposite side of the error)

I don't know what to look for and what the errors are caused by or if they are man made accidentally, I know if if they are errors it could potentially be

worth a lot but I'd like to ask you all before I go to a coin shop.

to me, it looks like it's been filed down. Not sure what's going on on the obverse, probably more of the same.

What looks off is the reeding on the rim but its probably just the pics. I agree the rest looks like PMD but thats just my opinion based on the pics provided.
